For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Frank, hopefully, you can provide the following information to association members regarding this now settled issue: Doug Parks mentioned the Trendic accusation was under Resolution B-08. This is the new Code of Ethics. If so, there had to be a formal complaint under B-08. The agenda for the meeting made no mention of B-08. Did an OPA employee make a formal complaint claiming a violation of B-08 against Director Trendic? Was the employee who filed/signed the formal complaint present during the Board review of the charge in closed session? If not, how could the board members come to any decision? |
