Dave, what I want to know is if an employee filed a formal complaint about a violation of Resolution B-08, or whether some other person, perhaps a board member, decided to file a B-08 charge after hearing of an employee complaint.
It may also be the case where OPA's HR person suggested the employee file a B-08 complaint, rather than resolving what we now know with absolute certainly should not have been a B-08 complaint. Politics was more at work here than we know. Also, was the person who filed 'the B-08 complaint at the closed session? Point is we do not the basic fundamentals here, and those basic fundamentals have nothing to do with naming an employee. |
