If Mr. Douty thinks he was wrongly terminated then he should consult with an employment attorney regardless of the "at will" contract. From what I have read here on the Forum I think he got screwed but, a lawyer would have a better feel for it and could advise him accordingly. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Don't know Joe, that's a lawyer question Hummm. So, regardless of the "at will" employment contract, you immediately suggest hiring a lawyer but you have no idea what OPA did wrong. |
