| I don’t know all the Federal rules but if an Osprey built a nest on a tower, we had to remove it within 24 hours or the osprey owned the tower. I was told in training class that a Navy O-6 was jailed for ordering the demolition of an established osprey nest. Scared me straight! | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, the boat and the nest are still there. I fish there a lot. I recall reading somewhere that the owner cannot remove or disturb the nest or it would be a federal offense...John |
