Loan arrangements span ongoing time frames. Especially the PPP ---which has ongoing obligations for reportings of how those funds were deployed for employee wages, benefits, utilities, etc. And for interest & principal repayments, when/if not measuring up to those defined uses.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here is your logic. You get a speeding ticket today and next week the speed limit is raised. Now you ticket is no longer a violation. Rules don't work that way. |
