For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Where did you get last November? To the best of my knowledge the lease was renewed last May. Marty. In Sep 2019, there was an electronic vote on a new Seacrets parking contract. This information was shared in the Oct 2019 Board Meeting Packet: What is puzzling, a 5 year contract was negotiated by the Board in May 2016. The agreement was $63K in year one, three years of incremental increases, which capped at $71K in the fifth year. Seems that the contract was renewed early. I don't know the reasons. OPA also has a small contract with the Dumsers in front of Seacrets. Perhaps that's what you saw. Tom |
