You apparently just overlooked the part of the article saying on April 7 about organization applicants needing board approval to file for the loan. OPA’s Board did not approve the filing.
That board approval occurred belatedly and with 100% concurrence by the BOD, as discussed earlier today. Problem resolved. And was strengthened, when SBA announced the granting of good faith status for loans below $2 million. Seems there's no issue with the Feds or SBA. But perhaps an OP election issue this summer. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You apparently just overlooked the part of the article saying on April 7 about organization applicants needing board approval to file for the loan. OPA’s Board did not approve the filing. I guess anything is ok to save $130. The application was filed without proper required certification by the board, a requirement in force on the very day Parks signed the application. |
