Joe: If what you just said is true, and I believe it is, that still doesn’t change my opinion that the loan was the proper thing to do.
As far as the Board being out of control, I agree with that. Years of ignoring the DR’s and in recent years the HOA LAWS have damaged property values and cost members millions of dollars. It has also left us with a confusing set of rules for building, parking, burning and even farm animal rights. I would like to see the next BOD concentrate on complying with the DR’s and supporting member rights. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Harry, let me be clear. Your post is nonsense. The board has authority to act outside of a formal meeting. The board could have given formal approval in a hour or less. Not to mention that Parks signed the application on April 7 and still improperly certified to bank a week or more later via a letter. Time was not the problem. Parks was the problem. |
