I'd agree its an election issue for OP. Should be fodder when OP electioneering time nears. Plenty of room for OP improvements. The question of 'Who" will straighten out such foibles beckons ahead.
Already explained why there's no PPP legal problems, remaining. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Parks filed a false statement with the bank. Stop rationalizing as to why this is even remotely OK. Aside from any possible outside legal problems, it was a violation of OPA bylaws and the current Code of Conduct. These are serious matters, separate and apart from any opinion about whether or not OPA was eligible for the loans. |
