For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Parks filed a false statement with the bank. Stop rationalizing as to why this is even remotely OK. Aside from any possible outside legal problems, it was a violation of OPA bylaws and the current Code of Conduct. These are serious matters, separate and apart from any opinion about whether or not OPA was eligible for the loans. |
