Our by-laws clearly state that only the board has power to borrow money!
Slobodan As mentioned multiple times in messages here yesterday, the board has absolved all those recent foibles, with 100% concurrence in the PPP loan. Becomes a moot question. Leaving only debates among the bureaucrats and technocrats. Yet may emerge again, as the board elections are nearing. And also, wishing you some afternoon sunshine. Tom |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here we go again back to our governing documents. ... Our by-laws clearly state that only the board has power to borrow money! So the PPP loan required board prior approval. Have a nice afternoon... Slobodan |
