Here we go again back to our governing documents. ... Our by-laws clearly state that only the board has power to borrow money! So the PPP loan required board prior approval. Have a nice afternoon...

And I've noted that paragraph (e) acknowledges that OP's 8.02 Sources of Financial Support would include: (e) Federal . . . funds available to the Association.
