Why would that need to be a closed session ?
Mark, Contract negotiations such as these are conducted in closed sessions. As I responded to Marty, why is OPA looking at the mutually agreed Seacrets parking lot contract that was approved last November for a 5 year term. Is Seacrets asking for relief? |
