For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Our by-laws clearly state that only the board has power to borrow money! Slobodan As mentioned multiple times in messages here yesterday, the board has absolved all those recent foibles, with 100% concurrence in the PPP loan. Becomes a moot question.
