I hope some of your readers remember me but that could be in many different forms!
In all honesty you were one of the best PW Directors. Usually ahead of the game like the time I was asking about places that leaves could be taken to be ground up and returned as mulch to residents. You were ahead of the game and had already checked places to do grinding when we met. Trust you are doing well in the South. Retired yet? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I was visiting Ocean Pines a week or so ago and stopped in the Public Works Facility and had lunch with my old team and also Colby. I know from listening to my old gang Colby has for sure earned their respect! You know as well as I do that how the GM is picked can be done in many different ways in OPA land! With that being said I am pretty sure that if Colby had the chance she would do well as the leader of Ocean Pines. I had 5 different General Mangers in 6 years as my stint as a Ocean Pines employee! If my opinion matters to anyone I would suggest some stability in that role along with some measured goals that are achievable would go along way! I know from her past she for sure cares about Ocean Pines and again in my opinion that goes along way! I hope some of your readers remember me but that could be in many different forms! Ocean Pines is a unique place for the lack of a better term and they deserve leaders like Colby! A lot of the team I help build is still in place and Eddie Wells as always is great OPA leader too!
