| My Personnel instructor at University of Baltimore told me it is not what field your degree is in. Any degree shows how much hard work and stamina one has to get that degree. Employers are seeking those people, they will train you on the specifics of the business. Colby has the needed intangibles and hard work. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I second the assertion that a college degree does not inherently mean a person is smarter or more competent. I have had personal experiences with Colby Phillips and have found her to be extraordinarily able. Her career performance record stands on its own Everything she touches reflects her ability and organizational/management skills. Lack of college with Colby is a non-issue. Larry Lorton |
