I agree totally! Horn pubicly speaking- and whomever else it may have been- about Colby and her qualifications were extremely unprofessional. Horn always tauts her own ‘Doctor’ title- but then for her to discuss and openly attempt to  what she feels is to  downsize an employee  in management position of OP, is totally concerning . Emloyees should not be verbally  treated in such a manner. I do hope when people vote, they take this prejudice view in mind.
