Thanks, Gary. I could not agree with you more. It was your original comment about Colby's readiness for responsibility that prompted me to make my comment. I taught basic math for students needing to meet the basic math requirement and statistics and research for graduate students at the college level--working with students at both ends of the math competence spectrum. Colby has a great head and has proven her management competence. Take care and stay safe.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My Personnel instructor at University of Baltimore told me it is not what field your degree is in. Any degree shows how much hard work and stamina one has to get that degree. Employers are seeking those people, they will train you on the specifics of the business. Colby has the needed intangibles and hard work. |
