Kerry. glad to hear that you are doing well. Of all of the employees that I hired as GM, Dave Massey, Joe Costello, Eddie Wells and you were the best and most successful. My only concern with you and your sawmill is that when travelling near Emporia, Va there are no trees in sight for miles. If you were is the OPA area it would become Ocean Pine instead of Ocean Pines. I too enjoyed hunting and fishing with Marvin..and even fishing with Joe Reynolds when his boat worked.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Gary, your instructor was a wise person! I have 125 people that report to me and I know from many years of interviewing and hiring people many things should be looked at and considered when your looking for long time employees! The last 10 years have taught me that if you don't understand cell phone usage and social media you better not hire any of the younger generation! I have young maintenance people that can find a part or a manual on the internet quicker than I can figure out what I need! Search for people that Fit the job not the stereo type model!
