Colby, I can testify that the infrastructure and pipes in that area for sure need upgraded! I know on the other hand that Joe has a point about where the water needs to go but without the new pipes it will never get there!  I would agree that a phased project of this kind could easily been done at different times like you and your team are proposing! I have been on them streets where at least one resident had on a pair of chest waders on in his yard! All the things you guys proposed need completed at some time no matter what! After that you will have to work on the end where it ends up as you and your people already know! Tell Ryan Pressock and the county boys to work harder and get this done! This would/will be a good thing when its all completed! Oh yea and I am an Engineer!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Gary, Thank you so much for your kind and inspiring words! That is our goal, to start making strides to improving the drainage issues so many face as best we can. Definitely a very large and ongoing project but we have to start somewhere.
