Then there's also many folks happy without the panels. And perhaps mentioning some drawbacks.  

I'd really be more interested in the solar investments by the utilities than individuals -- The bigger picture, the debate.  That's where significant problems have occurred, for example in California.

Internationally, there's a number of ways China tries to control what the US does.  Or maybe call it -- tries to influence what the US does.
