Yes. All members of the Paris Accord should strive to comply with or exceed the controls.
China is allowed to have an additional 10 years to reach carbon neutrality goal demanded of the U.S. It is a joke. I would like to know if anyone expects the US to be carbon neutral by 2050, and you can make book China will not be there by 2060. |
