Any board member, but especially the President, should not have any management style with OPA employees. Interfering in the management of employees is the central problem and it needs to stop. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: it's important to remember that he was cleared of any legal wrongdoing but his behavior as a board member and his treatment of an OPA employee, colby, was wrong on every level. that is what the board and perrone specifically should be apologizing for. perrone's management style is very harsh and unacceptable - and questionably misogynistic. he absolutely should have been censured at a minimum and removed even better, i see him as a potential future threat to OP directly, since his behavior was basically approved by the board, we should expect to see more of it and one of these times may end in a lawsuit that OP will have to deal with. |
