| 100% agree! that would alleviate many of the problems but his abrasive style also has a negative effect on other board members too. i don't know the details with janasek but i do know steve tuttle resigned because of perrone's offensive behaviors and questionable integrity. i think we're all tired of the BS. bring civility back, treat each other with respect and find ways to compromise for the good of OP. if you can't do that, don't be on the board. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jackie, Any board member, but especially the President, should not have any management style with OPA employees. Interfering in the management of employees is the central problem and it needs to stop. |
