Well, how about common sense. The group creator says the current board of directors is a dictatorship. Her husband Stuart is running for the board. Stuart wants an investigation of some sort of the board and GM related to Colby Phillips. As Kerry Nelson wrote, sometimes 2 and 2 does equal 4.
