We discuss our concerns and what we would like to have brought forth at a board meeting. Someone(s) says they are willing to be that voice before the Board. Think of it as a huge committee. There is no voting. It's a consensus of ideas and concerns brought up during the meeting with further discussion on Facebook.
I don't think there should be any secrecy regarding the group. You have valid questions. I'm answering to the best of my knowledge and understanding. It could turn out this group ends up exactly as you've said but unless and until it does, I'm game. |

People volunteer to be the group's face at Board meetings. Who decides what the "face" says at board meetings? Does every group member get to vote, or what? BTW, thanks for an interesting discussion. |
