Been discussing “what is going on” right here for over 15 years. Where have you been? 
Why are there closed door meetings? Because the Maryland HOA Act allows them for certain situations to protect individuals and the association. I would assume the group would have to be familiar with the Act if it is going to challenge closed meetings altogether as Diller suggests. You should suggest the group read the Act. |
