Why are you trying to find some ‘agenda’ on Colby? There is no ‘dark motive’ or ‘secret society’ going on here. You are just trying to twist what is a group of people trying to speak up and together about what’s on their mind.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “Personally, I did not agree with how Viola was complaicent in allowing Colby Phillips to be "investigated" or treated. I worry for other long term valuable employees.” Now the “agenda” begins to surface. Colby has been publicly outspoken in regard to her reasons for leaving. All we know of the other side of the story is that six of seven board members found that her charges against Perrone were not substantiated after investigation by an HR attorney. The seventh board member, Janasek, did not even vote in support of Colby’s charges. Janasek abstained. Viola had no vote. |
