| I have no agenda. You asked if I wanted to get rid of Viola. I answered my only issue with his management was the loss of a very good employee. I have stated this Merry Go Round of GMs needs to stop. That includes Viola: however he did state he wished to step down after his contact is over. That makes the question of succession a valid one. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “Personally, I did not agree with how Viola was complaicent in allowing Colby Phillips to be "investigated" or treated. I worry for other long term valuable employees.” Now the “agenda” begins to surface. Colby has been publicly outspoken in regard to her reasons for leaving. All we know of the other side of the story is that six of seven board members found that her charges against Perrone were not substantiated after investigation by an HR attorney. The seventh board member, Janasek, did not even vote in support of Colby’s charges. Janasek abstained. Viola had no vote. |
