You asked if I wanted to get rid of Viola. I answered my only issue with his management was the loss of a very good employee. I have stated this Merry Go Round of GMs needs to stop. That includes Viola: however he did state he wished to step down after his contact is over. That makes the question of succession a valid one.

The question of succession being another current employee being named GM is the issue at hand. No employees other than Colby even expressed an interest when given the opportunity. Maybe no current employee wants the job.
