| “OPA are not expected to be best pals, they are expected to do a job for OPA.” I agree, one does not have to be best friends with who they work with, but they are all part of the same team. It is important that they all work towards common goals. I wonder if this is part of the issue with Northstar. Unless everyone is onboard with what success looks like, software changes can be undermined. My experience with these types of C changes is that leadership must be completely engaged with leading and making clear that the desired outcome is not negotiable...we will succeed. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Its easy to pick up on Beverlys posts her dislikes. I have not heard the same from Colby towards Beverly. Now- time to drop it all. Please point us to posts from Beverly where she expresses a personal dislike of Colby. Beyond that, who cares. OPA employees are not expected to be best pals; they are expected to do a job for OPA. |
