I said Could Have Done! Past tense. I have no idea what the cost is now or any details. In the past I talked to Jim B about many things and I agree he had plan too. Joe this project over the years is like a dead horse. It takes effort and cash that’s ALL! It’s really not that complicated.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well, if the cost is $2 million we should be doing it now. I do have input from another person involved that puts it at $8 million today. Regardless, this board should pull out those old plans and get prices on the option. It owes that to property in the flood prone areas. At least Jim Bunting’s deal to let us dump water into River Run free seems to have reduced some of the knee deep flooding. OPA should have given Bunting a medal. |
had even discussed at one time a plan where OPA bought the materials and Worcester County helped with labor . Can’t remember the pros and cons but it’s obvious it never happened
