Concur we aren't getting our money's worth from our council.  They flip flop more than Fauci.  To me their business always appears unfinished and then they draw more hours on the clock. 

That the ad went to the papers and unknowingly wasn't correct is enough egg on any ones face.  Almost worthy of stepping down or firing someone for allowing that to go forward like that. 

And now it comes to light that Steve Tuttle wasn't in the background of the Colby inquiry...  Still not sure if that was a GM or BOD failure but clearly our lawyers got it wrong.

lastly, everyone knows I hate that STRs are being singled out for all the ills that occur in OP land, I'm more on the policy building for the community rather than a select population.  If we can post signs at the beach club that discourage folks from disturbing the public peace and disorderly conduct, citing state law Sec. 10-201 Crim. Law Art., Md. Ann. Code then we can do that in OP West to.
