Again-- talent is the key trait. And I've cited plenty of job categories where applicable talents are needed. No need to repeat those. Perhaps we'll need to just agree to differ. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As I have repeated...anyone kind find exceptions...yes we are had a black president. That doesn't mean there is no systemic racism in the US. I find it interesting that most white men have a very difficult time coming to grips with their white privilege, tend to get defensive and cite an example or two...the old "one of my friends is black" line to try to deny the reality of systemic racism. |
