I'd suggest there's always going to be exceptions in medical care available to poor whites as well as black folks.
Yet I'd also suggest that Medicaid was a giant leap forward in bringing medical care, closing a big part of the financial gap. I've seen examples where R/x cost dropped from $300 per month to $1 or $2 per month. Anyhow, Steve, I miss your presence on the OP BOD, and well thought out views. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom, You are mistaken on the inequality in available medical care for black. There is inequality here in St. Mary's county and I suspect in Worcester County as well. |
