For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty just in case you have not heard you can’t discriminate on the basis of disability and pregnancy is a disability. Having said that, just because a federal or state law says it is illegal to discriminate it happens all the time. I have personally experienced age discrimination repeatedly. |
