| Well what if you‘re a male and have a temporary disability and you are in a high and important position?? hopefully there are others that can pinch hit on a temporary basis until that person can return...male or female. Using pregnancy as an excuse for inequality is a lame cop out. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nate: I am very well aware of that, but, it is still legal to become pregnant, even when working in a high and important position.
