What is funding source? Try reading the first line of what I wrote.
“On January 4, 2021, the Worcester County Library announced it was selected as a recipient of a "Read Woke" $1,000 Beanstack Black Voices Microgrant.” Look it up. The Read Woke program is in libraries across the country and the Eastern Shore. The County Commissioners do not control library programs. I can’t speak for Bertino but my sense is he is concerned about any program that may be funded by a political action entity. I don’t think Beanstalk is a political action entity but their website says they support the goals of one. Beyond that, you can always contact Bertino. |
