I lived within prob 20 miles of Baltimore or less for 55 years. I went to Harman Elementary the third year, I believe of integration. MANY people need to learn to control themselves. Seems to me family breakdown is one cause and more recently drugs. More recent yet, BLM and Antifa antics. Baltimore City is your typical example of...if you have the money to go to really good private schools, you're good as gold. If you don't, no matter the color, you start out pretty screwed. Baltimore managers don't seem very interested in making it better. Probably going to have to call martial law again and bring in the National Guard. Pretty sad but I think when it starts following over into Fells Point, people are ready for something to change because it's affecting them now. So be it. Md should be using some of that gov't covid fix your city money to build new schools in Baltimore with AIR CONDITIONING. If I was asked what might help? Open community centers at every school and let the grandmother's run the place non- school hours. Can of whoop ass...oh no you didn't ...

Okay, still has nothing to do with rampant crime in inner cities. People of color need to step it up and get it stopped. Young juveniles running the streets all night long ,mostly black, Ive seen it first hand for over a decade.
