"Ocean Pines Residents Oversight Committee" has been created as the oversight committee to the Ocean Pines HOA Board of Directors.
This committee established on August 9, 2021, will hold OPEN quarterly meetings for the residents of Ocean Pines to discuss community issues that need to be addressed by the OP HOA Board of Directors.
The leaders of this committee will work with the OP HOA Board of Directors to ensure that board activities, financials, and decisions are transparent and monitored at the molecular level.
This committee will create its declaration of duties and follow through to work for the good of the residents of Ocean Pines.
If the residents of Ocean Pines have concerns, the leadership of this committee will get the answers and ensure that the OP HOA Board of Directors are held to the highest of standards required by its residents.
This committee will listen, report and ensure that answers are obtained and appropriate actions are taken by the OP HOA Board of Directors.
No resident will be brushed off or silenced in our community. All issues are important and our resident's voices will be heard.
