We welcome you to the Pines Improvement Committee.
Here we will be taking complaints AND compliments about our OPA. We want to work together for the betterment of the Pines now & well into the future.

Feel free to ask a question, bring up an issue & make sure any outstanding OPA staff member or department gets their due recognition.

Feel free to join us & start working toward a better Pines.

Our Action List:

We are focusing on getting BOD meetings moved to a specific Saturday of each month, in the morning, to make them more accessible to all OPA members.

We are focusing on a petition for reducing the spend limit of the BOD(currently 20% of assessments or approx. $1.7 million). Also a reduction back to $15,000 for the GM, from the current $40,000.

We are focusing on working with the USPS to get the mailboxes fixed. Since contact with them, new posts have already been ordered & are slowly being installed as the they are delivered. These posts had been ordered previously according to our Post Master. They started being installed in the past few weeks.

We are focusing on the installation of proper walkways in front of our mailboxes to be better maintained during inclement weather. Heavy rains, snow & ice storms create unmanageable unsafe footpaths for members to get their mail.

We are focused on improving the technology & communication at the OPA.

We are focusing on THE BRIDGES

We are focusing on the geese population.

We will not back down. We have quite a few issues. We welcome your feedback as well.
