I have had phone call messages, over the past several weeeks from a realtor named Sherry, who said she was buying property in OP, and could pay cash for my house…I didn’t return her call.
Maybe Sherry has clients, looking to set up LTR and STR’s, and is using this new OP residents group to establish potential sales contacts for her clients… Never a dull moment in the formerly quiet neighborhoods of OP. |
