Hi Rick. Someone tells me you wrote on the Diller Facebook site that I should expect a letter from your attorney because I published the names of the Plaintiffs and am meddling in legal affairs.
Did you post something there to that effect? If so, given the names and addresses of the plaintiffs as filed by your attorney are public information on the court website, how am I meddling and why should I expect a letter from your attorney? If not, forget the question. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes. This this is true....also Mr. Farr is stating that you should expect a letter from his attorney because you published the names of the Plaintiffs. I pointed out that is public record...but apparently you are meddling in legal affairs per Mr. Farr. How much is that nonsense letter going to cost the 43 Plaintiffs in legal fees??? You can't make this stuff up. |
