It is my opinion you do a good job on this forum by presenting counter arguments and opinions on life in Ocean Pines.  Sometimes I read it and sometimes I don't.  However, this suit against the OPA seems to be frivolous and counterproductive for the productivity of the Board of Directors and the Association.  It would seem to me the money is better spent on drainage or some other association issue.  Something like Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing
