It is my opinion you do a good job on this forum by presenting counter arguments and opinions on life in Ocean Pines. Sometimes I read it and sometimes I don't. However, this suit against the OPA seems to be frivolous and counterproductive for the productivity of the Board of Directors and the Association. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Some tidbits from the latest filing by lawyers representing Rick Farr and 42 or so additional plaintiffs suing OPA for damages of $75,000 or so, and attorney fees in the dispute over Farr's eligibility to be a board candidate: "Although announced publicly as a decision of the Secretary, upon information and belief, it was a decision made by, or after consultation with, the full Board (including an incumbent running for re-election), without the involvement of the OPA Elections Committee." The item below is essentially a charge made on behalf of all the plaintiffs that the Secretary Camilla Rogers and/or certain members of some purported board majority conspired to rig the election.
