Auto was spotless and still had the fuzz on the upholstery. Radio antenna was chicken wire in the canvas-covered roof panel. Three speed floor shift. Straight-eight engine. Built like a tank.  |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Had a 62 Pontiac convertible, always put a blanket on the top when I put it down so it wouldn't get dirt marks from the dust, car was "Ensign Blue" with a "Baby Blue" top. I got rid of it when I got married, wife said it wasn't a "family" car, still question that decision to this day! |
