Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Removal of Janasek on Agenda Msg# 1139631

Who is left and how do you think he/she will vote on removal.
There are six board members left. Rogers resigned. If there is a vote on removing Janasek, my guess is Janasek and Parks would vote against Janasek's removal and the other four would vote to remove. They would be Horn, Daly, Perrone, and Brown. There is also the possibility that Janasek could simply resign prior to the meeting. |
