A number of folks here have also been critical of the board's clearly disingenuous ad to promote a No vote on the referendum to limit board spending.
Among those raising such criticism was a former Asst. Treasurer of OP, Gene Ringsdorf. Yet no clarification was ever issued, and the board continued publishing news paper advertisements containing false information. A breach of the public trust. And they knew it. But kept silent. The breach of ethics was compounded by multiple publications. Could perhaps be termed bad faith behavior, using the court-style language. Count me as onboard with the same kind of criticism that you're expressing Marty. Thanks for your posting. |
