In today’s political climate…criticizing the Board has become a hobby for some homeowners.
Terrible comment to make. 30 years ago about 100 or more association members would turn up at every board meeting to criticize certain board decisions. Favorable financial results do not mean EVERY board decision was agreeable to association members. You claim to be the data person. Look at the last election results. Frank Daly received 1,571 votes, Stuart Lakernick received 1,511 votes. 60 votes difference. Each man received approximately 1500 votes out of a potential pool of 8,400 or so. The vote to not approve Lakernick was down and dirty personal. It should upset every thinking association member, whether they support Lakernick or not. That is the disgusting thing about the vote. |
