Well the recent committee member vote was a complete obfuscation.
The vote was on recorded video. And that is not transparent enough for you? The recent proposed bylaws changes? Surely you are kidding. Multiple discussions of proposed changes on video. A package mailed to every member announcing a public Town Hall meeting on the proposed changes. Each member having a vote on the changes. And this is not enough transparency for you? The attempt to have a county installed sewer effluent irrigation system? At least two Town Hall meetings and this is not enough transparency for you? And of course there was the united attempt at misinformation on the trendic referendum. Hummm. The board's feeble attempt at propaganda was totally transparent. Northstar? I could agree on this. Transparency would be a report outlining the original time to convert and cost, versus how long ago that was and how much we have spent. And we still have system we do not control. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well the recent committee member vote was a complete obfuscation. What was the final vote? 4/3 3/2? The recent proposed bylaws changes? The attempt to have a county installed sewer effluent irrigation system? And of course there was the united attempt at misinformation on the trendic referendum. it comes down to a matter of trust with board authenticity. and some of this bleeds over to management, ie what is the real truth in the matter of the condition of the golf irrigation system. more recently we are finally hearing a different message from management regarding the Northstar system In that maybe it needs abandoned, not to mention what has been the actual expense. In my opinion we have been fed a bunch of crap about northstar almost from the beginning. A fiasco. |
